OotDL provided conceptual landscape architecture services for entitlements for adaptive reuse of landmark tower, lower mid rise building and restaurant. Open space development included design of amenity pool deck, entry, roof top perimeter and neighborhood buffer. The assembly of buildings maintains the historic massing, terrazzo and concrete screen details. The landscape planting will maintain the historic California tropical style with a more drought resilient planting palette.  The City of Beverly Hills approved this project in 2019.
