OotDL has been working with Lewis Schoeplein Architects on campus improvements at LA Southwest College.  The Cub Walk Roadway, Student Union and Allied Health projects increase the campus shade and significantly decrease paved and lawn areas.  Although the campus is located relatively close to the coast it is an urban heat island with few comfortable places for outdoor classes or gathering.  The projects have received DSA approval and are in progress.   Perspective renderings by LSA
